Apstrakt:
Cilj projekta je izgradnja platforme za saradnju i razvoj visokoškolskih ustanova u Bosni i Srbiji (BAS) s Norveškom (NOR) kroz zajedničko obrazovanje i istraživanje, u suradnji s preduzećima u ICT sektoru, s naglaskom na informacione tehnologije, telekomunikacije i obradu signala, u cilju jačanja njihove uloge u razvoju privrede i društvenom razvoju u obje zemlje.
